Our team of experienced, professional and patient coaches will work with you on:
Founder and owner of Racquet Odyssey, I have fallen in love with tennis at a young age and the sport got me to the United States back in 2002 to play and study at Flagler College, in St Augustine, FL.
Once I graduated, I worked at several country clubs in the Philadelphia area, where after a few years, I was introduced to paddle and the love story continues until this day. Currently ranked #4 with my paddle partner Alison Morgan, we continue to learn and consistently add on to our game and our teaching.
Moving to the U.S has opened many horizons and allowed me to travel all over the world which is how this new venture began, all my passions in one! Welcome and let’s get on this journey together!
Chelsea has quite the tennis resume, winning two high school state team titles at Lake Forest High School and then going on to play college tennis on scholarship at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her paddle resume is impressive too as she quickly made a name for herself when she started playing in 2010. With partner Mary Doten, they made the final of the APTA Women’s Nationals in 2013 and 2015 while also making the semifinals in 2011, 2012, and 2014. That’s a remarkable stretch over five years! She has been the winner of the Milwaukee Open, Hinsdale Challenge, Illinois States (twice), and Lagunitas Open also with Doten. In 2013, she partnered with Heather Prop to win the Boston Open. Chelsea has a lot of knowledge to share on these sports and we are thrilled to have her on the Sunset Ridge racquets staff!
